Terms of Service for Customized Artwork, Sketches, or Portraits.

Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment Schedule:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing an order.
- The remaining 30% balance is due immediately upon completion of the final artwork, before it is shipped.
- Non-Payment Policy:
- If the remaining 50% payment is not received by the specified deadline, Ali Art Studio reserves the right to upload the artwork to our portfolio as part of our collection.
- In cases of non-payment, the customer forfeits any claims to exclusivity or ownership of the artwork until full payment is made.
- Legal Actions:
- Failure to remit the remaining balance by the agreed-upon date may result in legal action to recover the outstanding amount. Any legal costs incurred by Ali Art Studio in the process of recovering the payment will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Deadlines:
- All payments must be made by the specified deadlines. Failure to comply with payment terms will result in the forfeiture of any discounts and may lead to legal proceedings.
By placing an order with Ali Art Studio, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Shipping policy.
- All orders placed, that too regardless of quantity, consequently will get shipped on business days ONLY.
- The order is processed and shipped AFTER credit approval, within 3-5 business days.
Artwork Collection Deadline
- The customer must arrange to pick up or finalize shipping of their completed artwork within 15 days of receiving the notification of completion and final payment.
- To prevent damage, artwork should be immediately framed upon collection or receipt. Ali Art Studio will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the unframed artwork if it is not collected or shipped within these 15 days.
Refund Policy.
Replacement for damaged artwork due to the shipping process or any other reason is available. On the other hand, Ali Art will happily provide you with a replacement of the same order.
Claim a replacement order:
- Provide us with two photographs of the damaged goods through e-mail.
- Photographs provided must show the damage clearly in detail (for assessment and evaluation purposes).
Note: We generously expect you to attach Photographs on Checkout. You will receive an email preview of your artwork within 3-7 business days after placing your order with clear photos.
You are liable to request any change after seeing the preview. We will modify your artwork for FREE. Also, you will receive a new emailed preview after every bit of modification
Apart from all this, you have 7 days to return your artwork if you approve the review but change your mind after receiving it. We’re highly dedicated to our customer service.
However, If the photo is blurred, we will let you know right away. In any case, if you want us to try anyway, we can continue. You are righteous to waive your right to a full refund. Instead of a refund, we can offer you an in-store credit in this case. 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

Free Trial:
This is 100% FREE trial and there are no conditions attached. You can continue after the free trial. You can discontinue the service if for some reason this service does not work for you and/or for your child after the free trial.
Payment of Fee:
The collection of fee is to be done after the trial is over. Fee must be deposited before further classes are scheduled. Monthly fees are paid in advance on the last week of every month for next month classes. In rare cases, where parents assure and promise the fee payment at a future date, Management can give permission to continue classes. Classes can be ceased (paused) if you do not pay the fee on the due date. In case of non-payment, Ali Art will have the right to use all legal methods to recover the fee.
Cancellations policy:
You may cancel your registration by giving 1-month prior notice.
Refund Policy:
If You have paid the fee for a month but could not start any class of that month, the Full fee will be refunded. If you have stopped classes during a month, no refund will be given and you will be charged the whole month fee.
Public Holidays:
Fee is calculated on monthly basis, including Public/Eid holidays, therefore there is no concession in fee for Public holidays.

Note: Our fees are actually the cost of the time, services, and resources given by our staff and teachers for a student.
Agreement
Before starting your regular classes, you must agree to the following terms and conditions and policies including any future amendments (collectively, the Agreement):
- If I pay the fee for a month but I could not start my classes for that month, the fee will be refunded.
- My monthly fee will be taken in advance on the last week of every month for next month classes.
- If I decide to discontinue or stop my classes (due to any reasons) during the month, the fee for that month will not be refunded.
- If I’ll be absent in any class due to any reason at my end, It is not necessary that I’ll get makeup classes from my teacher.
- There will be no substitute classes or fee refunds for Eid holidays. Eid holidays are considered paid leave for the tutors.
- My schedule can be changed on my request immediately if desired time slots with the same teacher is available. Otherwise, I have to wait until adjustment.
- My classes can be ceased (paused) if I do not pay the fee within due dates.
- Ali Art fee for the students could be varied according to our policies of that time and terms of service.
- I should expect a 5% increase in fee every year.
We may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. You should periodically review the most up-to-date version.

Terms and Conditions for Online Gallery Artwork Purchases
These terms apply specifically to the purchase of existing, non-customized artwork sold directly from the Ali Art Studio Online Gallery. By purchasing an item from this gallery, you agree to these conditions.
Artwork Representation and Accuracy
- Color and Detail: We work hard to ensure the colors and details of our artwork are displayed accurately. However, due to differences in screen settings, the colors and appearance of the art may vary slightly in person compared to your monitor. We cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be perfectly accurate.
- Dimensions: All artwork dimensions are listed in the product description. Please review these carefully, as images and digital mock-ups may not perfectly represent the true scale.
Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance
- Pricing: All listed prices are final but do not include any applicable taxes, tariffs, or import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock limitations, errors in pricing, or issues with payment verification. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Ownership and Copyright
- Artwork Ownership: When you purchase a piece from the gallery and payment is finalized, you receive physical ownership of that specific piece of art.
- Copyright and Reproduction: Ali Art Studio retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, even after the sale of the physical item. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, or using the artwork for any commercial purpose (including creating prints or digital copies for resale) without explicit written permission from Ali Art Studio.
Shipping and Returns
- All existing inventory items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving full payment and credit approval.
- All shipping occurs on business days only.
Returns and Exchanges (Non-Damage)
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of the artwork’s delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the exact same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for pieces lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged Artwork
- If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to the Replacement Policy outlined in our general Terms and Conditions for Customized Artwork (this requires providing two clear photographs of the damage via email for assessment).
